PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT BELSŐ ÁLLÁSHIRDETÉS

ON-SITE

We are looking for a Property Accountant colleague to work within our on-site teams!

JOB DUTIES:

• Establishing a database of lease information and tracking key dates • Invoicing, collection of rents and other charges due from tenants • Register tenant payments, and supplier invoices • Monitoring of bank guarantees and deposits • Initiating action for recovery of any arrears in conjunction with Landlord’s preferred lawyer • Ensuring timely indexation of rents according to lease contracts • General liaison with the accounting company • Authorization and payment of suppliers’ invoic- es on behalf of the client • Tenant liaison and monitoring of tenant com- pliance with the lease obligations • Year-end service charge reconciliations and charge-out to tenants • Year-end electricity consumption reconciliation and charge-out to tenants • Provide monthly / quarterly reports (in a format to be agreed with Landlord) to include updates on any Landlord and Tenant issues, operations management • Provide financial statements of account • Provide any further ad-hoc reports required by Landlord and/or Property management team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • 3-5 years’ experience in real estate bookkeeping; property management experience preferred • Registered Chartered Accountant is an advantage • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel • Ability to read, analyze, articulate and compile financial reports used for business correspon- dence • Good written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to assist with additional tasks if/ when the need arises
