The top results weren’t too hard to predict based on results from the previous editions. Cost control was once again selected as the main focus for both group of respondents. In lieu of winning new contracts, maintaining existing customer base came higher in the ranking this year for logistics operators. Moreover, enhancing supply chain footprint
which was rated as the lowest priority in our previous edition last year, this time ranked in sixth place, similarly to 2022. For manufacturers and retailers, the top two priorities remain unchanged for the last four years, with optimising operational efficiency in second place.
