There are cases when raised floors and some part of HVAC system have been already fitted in. We put the cost of the IT technical cabling / server cooling cost to the main cost guide, but there are some cases when these costs are to be allocated to different budget. Therefore the capital costs could be lower in some cases, which are illustrated in the table below.
